International Shipping & USA Delivery
International and USA ground shipping rates and delivery time is available during the checkout process of your order.  For International rates, our system will calculate your total landed cost for shipment to your country location.  Please note: International Customs processing delays do happen and is out of Buy Majors® control.  You will be emailed your shipping status through a tracking link we provide for your use.  If there is a Customs delay on behalf of your host country, you should contact our Freight Forwarding partner for updated parcel status.

Returns & Replacements
Jewelry Authenticity/Genuine: our fashion supplier will process any customer requests who needs a jewelry certfications from an independent U.S. gemological laboratory. This special order process takes 4 to 7-business days and the customer cost will be: $33.00 per certificate.  Log In, submit a support ticket to request this service.  
International Returns:  There are no returns on most items purchased and shipped internationally, Log In and submit an RMA ticket for our review and verification.  
USA/Canada Returns: You have 15 days to return your merchandise but you must follow our Return Policy to ensure correct processing.  
Return Policy:
FIRST: If you decide you don't like an item purchased or you bought an incorrect item due to color, size or weight, you may return your item(s) without paying a restocking fee.  Items must be in their original, unused condition. All returned packages must have tracking numbers and insurance. All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility of the customer (unless incorrect item was shipped due to store error, we will cover all fees and shipment responsibility for you).  
SECOND: If the item you purchased was physically and visibly damaged upon arrival, you must Log In and submit an RMA ticket for our review - we will automatically send you a notification confirming your request was submitted and advise you of your next steps, including return shipping address with RMA number to place on your parcel.  
THIRD (electronics and accessories): when your order arrives and you see no physical damage but the item does not work as advertised, you must do the following:  
A.) Contact the manufacture (name listed on the package) and submit a complaint
B.) Obtain a complaint reference number or support ticket number, including name of support Agent if available
C.) Follow the manufacture instructions for "replacing" your merchandise with them.  If denied, submit an RMA ticket with us for our review (include details described above)
ALL CUSTOMERS: We are unable to authorize any returns on hardware, H & R Block Tax software, Disney Interactive software, all console games and game accessories.
REFUNDS:  Once the returned product has been received, a store credit will be issued to your Buy Majors account for use towards future purchases. Buy Majors will not issue a check or cash refund for a return, only a store credit to your Buy Majors account.  
REFUND EXCEPTION: all fashion accessories, including: jewelry, beauty, handbags, shoes and gift products may be returned for a full refund; however, you must follow the Return Policy indicated above to qualify.
Ordering
Membership is Free (always).  There are no invitation codes needed to sign up, browse and buy from one of our online shopping clubs.  All online shoppers will be directed to complete your order process during your checkout and registration process.  PLEASE NOTE: You must be 18 years or older to purchase any items from any Buy Majors online shopping club.  
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept most major credit and debit cards including bank transfer payments through one our payment providers. During your checkout process, you will see your payment options to pay for your order.  To avoid processing delays, we require all orders be shipped to the same address indicated on your Credit Card account or billing statement issued by your bank or Credit Card company.  Gift Cards and Pre-Paid cards are accepted.
Viewing Orders
Once you have completed your purchase of an order, you will be sent an email that will instruct you on how to view your order history, as well as, shipment tracking of your order delivery time.  
Updating Account Information
Online shoppers who choose to Register as a new customer will have access to view their order history and their account information, which may be updated after an order has been placed and processed.  We do not offer order exchanges.  We do not offer you the ability to ship your order to different addresses at this time.
